Poor English structure. Looks like a previous written paper from another customer that he rewrote again. Doesn't get the point across, I often had to guess it then reword. Lots of polishing had to be done. After asking to retouch a few things, I am told it's done but the paper looks exactly the same on the screen. Let's hope for the best on the final attachment. Of note, why do we give feedback before the client reviews the whole paper? None sense to me.
