The text provided by Zacharia is not bad actually - however it does not answer the very specific assignment that was provided. A case study that should have focused on negotiation theory ended with being more of a (not bad) essay about hospitals and cancer. I acknowledge that the assignment were not easy without having specific knowledge about the theory, and therefore i asked Zacharia to hold me in the loop while writing so that i could see if it was going in the right direction - this did not happen. I now have 14 pages i can't use for this course, but as i do believe Zacharia tried to do the very best i have released 60% of the agreed funds to him. I know i will get bad feedback for not releasing all funds but this case study simply doesn't answer the assignment, and thus I am not willing to pay the full price.

simply a big fraud, there is something called revision and this stupid customer didnt request for revision... If that is how he/she really wanted the paper (the comments) then he/she would have requested for it to be corrected. Therefore, this customer is a "BIG FRAUD" and lame excuses justified that. Why not ask for a revision for God's sake!!!!!
