2nd time working with this customer.  Was a bit hesitant because the customer had cancelled a few orders.  However, my experience with the customer was great, he or she knows exactly what he or she wants, and communicated clearly.  They were extremely helpful as the topic was rather technical and tricky, gave several suggestions on the completed paper and waited patiently while I made the necessary connections.  What stood out was that the customer always finds a good word to say during all interactions, even when we were both under intense pressure. To be honest, customer, you were very very nice to work with. 

I had very brief interactions with the customer, and I can say they were awesome.
