The material spoke about factors that determine success in relation to  children & adolescence, however writer talks about businesss success. If the writer had thoroughly reviewed the material, writer would of realized it spoke about children & adolescence.  Writer avoided questions in relation to errors.  Then claims he misinterpreted.
